User Guide

a. Equipment Preparation: Place the alignment fixture on a flat surface or workbench to ensure stability.

b. Product Placement: Manually flip the positioning mold to a convenient operating angle and place the product to be aligned on the mold.

c.  Alignment Operation: Unlock the locking device manually, lower the alignment plate to the seam position, and manually adjust the product position to ensure seam alignment with the plate.

d. Locking in Place: After alignment, manually lock the locking device to prevent movement during subsequent operations.

e. Product Removal: Once alignment is complete, unlock the device, raise the alignment plate, and flip the positioning mold to remove the aligned product.
